This space wasn’t just designed to watch movies.

The homeowners wanted a room that felt:

The striking design features curved wall panels, integrated LED lighting, plush tiered seating and a rich colour palette that enhances the cinematic feel without overpowering the picture.

BenQ 4K Projection — Crystal-Sharp Picture in Any Scene

At the heart of the room is a BenQ 4K projector, delivering razor-sharp clarity, dynamic contrast and beautiful colour accuracy. Whether it’s a dark atmospheric scene or a bright action sequence, the projector renders stunning visuals across the large screen with minimal noise and exceptional brightness.

For a room of this size, the BenQ unit gives the perfect balance of:

  • 4K UHD sharpness

  • HDR performance

  • Low latency for gaming

  • High brightness for ambient LED lighting scenes

It’s an incredible centrepiece — and flawlessly installed within the ceiling’s architectural slats for a clean, unobtrusive look.

Immersive 7.2.1 KEF Audio System — Sound You Can Feel

No cinema is complete without breathtaking audio.
This one features a 7.2.1 KEF surround sound system, professionally calibrated to the room’s acoustics.

This layout includes:

  • 3 front channels for dialogue clarity

  • 2 side surrounds

  • 2 rear surrounds

  • 2 overhead Atmos channels for three-dimensional effects

  • 1x subwoofer for deep, controlled low-end impact

The KEF system delivers explosive action, subtle ambience and crisp dialogue — all perfectly balanced from every seat in the room.

Every gunshot, whisper, raindrop and orchestral swell is positioned with precision, pulling you right into the heart of the film.

8 Luxury Reclining Seats — Comfort Meets Cinema Design

The room features eight plush motorised recliners, arranged across two levels.
Each seat offers:

We installed a full Control4 automation system, paired with the new Control4 Halo remote control, giving the homeowner one-touch control over:

  • Volume and subwoofer control

  • Source switching

  • System power

Tap “Movie Time” and the entire cinema adjusts:

  • The projector powers on

  • Lights fade to a preset level
